Valley Truck Parts specializes in the remanufacture of transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, steering gears, drive shafts, fifth wheels, clutches and various heavy-duty truck parts. The company gradually expanded from covering the state of Michigan, to establishing a national network of distribution centers.

Today Valley Truck Parts has warehouse facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada, Des Moines, Iowa, and Buffalo, New York. The company is a wholesale distributor of driveline, as well as the official re-manufacturer for the Vipar Heavy Duty Truck Parts network, with over 500 locations nationwide.
